THE DARK VAULT GOES INTERNATIONAL WITH WESTERN ACTION AND BOWLING THIS WEEK!

SUMMER MEANS FUN AND WESTERNS AND BOWLING

SUMMER MEANS FUN AND WESTERNS AND BOWLING!

Since this weekend is what a lot of people call the unofficial start of Summer, that means it’s Spaghetti Western time!  We don’t know why that means it’s spaghetti western time, but it does, so get ready for this Saturday’s DARK VAULT OF PUBLIC DOMAIN as UNCLE PETE  brings you They Call Me Trinity.  Directed and written by Enzo Barboni, this gem from 1970 stars our favorite Italian duo Terence Hill (as Trinity) and Bud Spencer (as Bambino).

Having waylaid the real sheriff, Bambino pretends to be a small town sheriff while he waits for his bad guy buddies to show up.  Trinity, Bambino’s brother and a first class slacker, fighter and gunman, rolls into town first.  At the same time, an evil rancher – Major Harriman (Farley Granger)  – is trying to run a bunch of Mormons off their land so he can take it over as a horse ranch.  Trinity, who’s been smitten by a couple of attractive Mormon girls, convinces his brother that they should help the Mormons fight this evil land grabber.  Fightin’ and fun ensue in this action packed horse opera also knows as My Name Is Trinity.

Meanwhile, UNCLE PETE is off on a bowling tour again.   Unfortunately, UNCLE PETE runs into a little trouble, as usual, at one of the airports.  It seems some of the stuff that UNCLE PETE typically travels with has Airport Security a bit concerned.

So throw some spaghetti and beans on the grill, celebrate the start of an unofficial summer, and observe Memorial Day as you tune in this Saturday night May 23, 2015 from 10PM til midnight on channel 4 (Binghamton), channel 17 (Sayre/Montrose, and channel 99 (Elmira/Corning/Hornell) and remember our extra showings at midnight and 2AM.  It’s western action, bowling thrills and a good dose of wackiness as UNCLE PETE presents They Call Me Trinity, the next feature presentation on the DARK VAULT OF PUBLIC DOMAIN!
