BOWLING, SPAGHETTI, AND GUNS – UNCLE PETE’S BUSY THIS WEEK

WESTERNS AND BOWLING - AN UNCLE PETE DOUBLE THREAT

WESTERNS AND BOWLING – AN UNCLE PETE DOUBLE THREAT

Adventure, action, and comedy are the buzzwords this week in THE DARK VAULT OF PUBLIC DOMAIN as UNCLE PETE  brings you They Call Me Trinity.  Directed and written by Enzo Barboni, this gem from 1970 stars our favorite Italian duo Terence Hill (as Trinity) and Bud Spencer (as Bambino).

Bambino pretends to be a small town sheriff (after incapacitating the real sheriff) while he waits for his bad guy buddies to show up.  Trinity, Bambino’s brother and a first class slacker, fighter and gunman, rolls into town first.  At the same time, an evil rancher – Major Harriman (Farley Granger)  – is trying to run a bunch of Mormons off their land so he can take it over as a horse ranch.  Trinity, smitten by a couple of attractive Mormon girls, convinces his brother that they should help the Mormons fight this evil land grabber.  Fightin’ and fun ensue in this action packed horse opera also knows as My Name Is Trinity.

Meanwhile, UNCLE PETE, off on a bowling tour, runs into a little trouble (as usual) at one of the airports.  It seems some of the stuff that UNCLE PETE typically travels with has Airport Security a bit concerned.

So throw some spaghetti and beans on the grill and get ready for fightin’ and fun as you tune in this Saturday night May 18, 2019 from 10PM til midnight on channel 1301 around Binghamton, Sayre/Montrose, Elmira/Corning/Hornell, northern PA and southern NY, channel 2 in Cortland County and the tri-lakes area (Champlain/Tupper/Saranac), channel 99 in the Utica/Rome area, and channel 30 in the North Country of NY.  And remember our extra showing at midnight.  In the Ithaca area, watch on channel 13 at 9PM and midnight.  It’s western action, bowling thrills and a good dose of wackiness as UNCLE PETE presents They Call Me Trinity, the next feature presentation on the DARK VAULT OF PUBLIC DOMAIN!

(This week over at Beta Max TV on all Roku devices and TVs it’s Lee Van Cleef and Tony LoBianco in the crime drama Mean Frank And Crazy Tony)
